Committee on Indian Relations

St. James’ is proud of our work with Maine’s native peoples.  A member of our congregation serves on the Diocese of Maine’s Committee on Indian Relations and initiated the historic resolution called “Repudiate the Doctrine of Dis­covery”, adopted by General Convention in 2009.
